The funds you raised in 2020 made a massive difference


We thought you might like to see a comprehensive list of all the charities we were able to support thanks to the generosity, spirit, hard work and time our participants put into their fundraising this year. So here goes!

Trussell Trust – emergency food parcels to those in need due to poverty and destitution 15000

Newcastle United Foundation – supporting the people of Tyneside into education, employment and supplying food during holiday time to families in need 4727.33

Borderline – outreach for Scots sleeping rough on the streets of London 4309.35
Buses4Homeless – accommodation, education and employment pathways for men who have been forced to sleep rough in London 4014.61
Changing Lives – outreach, accommodation, education, addiction support and employment support for people who’ve experienced, or are at risk of homelessness 3501.13
Harrogate Homeless Project – Outreach, education, day drop-in for Harrogate’s homeless and those leading chaotic lives 3501.13
Ripon YMCA – Accommodation, education and employment pathways for young people in North Yorkshire 3501.13
Fareshare – emergency food for those facing poverty, fighting hunger, tackling food waste. 3000

First Stop Darlington – support for people who are homeless, vulnerable and lead chaotic lives in Darlington 1311.55
Walking With The Wounded – accommodation, mental health support, education, employment pathways for those who’ve served in the British Armed Forces 1306.11
Notts County Foundation – programmes to enhance education and employment for the people of Nottingham 1094.69
Emmanuel House – drop-in and emergency accommodation for those who are homeless in Nottingham 1094.69
The Friary – drop-in support for those who are destitute, hungry and homeless in Nottingham 1094.69
Buses4Homeless – accommodation, education and employment pathways for men who have been forced to sleep rough in London 1079.31
Happy Days – Drop-in, accommodation, education, and employment pathways for those who are homeless in Halifax 1071.30
Focus4Hope – support for those who are homeless or in poverty in Halifax and Brighouse 1,071.30

Changes UK – accommodation, education, mental health and addiction support for those facing homelessness in Birmingham 360.82
All Call Signs – peer to peer support for those who’ve served in the British Armed Forces and find themselves struggling to cope 301.49
MK Dons SET – using the power of sport to encourage people to get healthy mentally and physically,  learn and find employment pathways in Milton Keynes 239.12
Phoenix Foundation – Support for those who are homeless in Liverpool 147.50
Moses Project – Day drop in and support for homeless men in Stockton On Tees 116.00

Some notes:

Funds allocated to Fareshare will be matched bringing their total to an amazing £6000!

Trevor Hanbury raised £1350 During the Big Xmas Sleepout, and was matched funded 1.5% to make to a total of £3337.5. This will be allocated to London Charities after CEO Sleepout at Lords in 2021.

Will Marshall raised money for CEO Sleepout Northumberland during the Big Xmas Sleepout, and that will be allocated to Northumberland charities after the event in 2021.
